AI Software Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a passion for Generative Artificial Intelligence to design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building systems that not only answer questions but also execute tasks through the use of autonomous agents, orchestrators, and design patterns such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI architectures using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or LangChain.
• Develop and optimize AI Agents capable of interacting with external APIs and databases.
• Implement orchestration workflows to manage complex business processes.
• Collaborate with Frontend teams (Angular/MAUI) to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities.
• Ensure data security and privacy across all model interactions.

Job Requirements

To be productive within the Truenorth environment, the developer should possess the following technology stack:

Required Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in C# (.NET) or Python.
• AI Frameworks: Proven experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or AutoGen.
• Language Models: Experience working with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or local models (Llama, Mistral).
• Vector Databases: Experience with tools such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search for implementing long-term memory solutions.
• Architecture: Strong knowledge of microservices design patterns and RESTful APIs.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

• Experience with Azure AI Services.
• Advanced knowledge of Prompt Engineering and fine-tuning techniques.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices for AI models (LLMOps).

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience working with Generative Artificial Intelligence.
