Lead Salesforce implementation and development projects within the company, organizing internal efforts and aligning work with specialized external teams (Salesforce Partner, AWS Partner, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the CRM roadmap based on the Salesforce platform.
  • Act as a liaison between the business, technical team, and Salesforce/AWS teams.
  • Coordinate releases, versions, and changes across sandbox-based environments.
  • Establish agile methodologies applied to Salesforce projects.
  • Monitor adoption KPIs, technical deliverables, and functional results.

Specific Salesforce Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Salesforce projects (2+ years).
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with org strategy, governance, DevOps, and LWC concepts.
  • Salesforce "Salesforce Administrator" or "Associate" certification (desirable).
  • Experience managing teams with no prior Salesforce knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
