Job Summary
Be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and management of variety of network infrastructure projects. Supervise Specialists and other Consultants involved in the project. Provide decision makers with accurate project status information along with technical recommendations. Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues of greater degree of difficulty. Collect customers business and technical needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide IT Infrastructure support to the clients.
- Analysis, design, and implementation of the network infrastructure projects.
- Development and delivery of training courses.
- Investigation, analysis and documentation of: IT process, IT forms, policies, procedures, equipment configuration and network design.
- Evaluate Technology Products.
- Train Consultants and Specialist.
- Provide advance support to remote Consultants and Specialist.
- Assist, in the development of the technical suggestions presented to the clients.
- Receive and route all communication particles to either the employee IN Box, or Communication Center.
- Keep team members well informed, maintaining a clear vision and path to the objectives.
- Software Development and testing for infrastructure and logical network management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have experienced in IBM Aix, IBM Storage and Linux.
- Must possess excellent teamwork abilities; be able to consistently make intelligent decisions; possess good judgment, initiative and good attitude. Solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity.
- Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Be able to maintain knowledge of standard concepts, best practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Ability to communicate technical terminology to the user community in a way they can relate to and understand.
